Our Delivery Service
We a pleased to offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders placed over £100, a minimum delivery charge of £25 will be applied to all order values below £100. Charges for Scotland may vary.
Everything is uniquely made to order at luxury screens and guranteed to arrive within 7 working days of placing your order.
NI / ROI / ISLANDS / AB, DD, IV, KW 1-14, PA 21-38, PH 1-26, 30-41, 49-50
The third party couriers do not offer their delivery services to these areas.
How does your ordering/delivery process work?
Once the order is placed with us, you will receive a confirmation from us via email. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with any changes or it may begin the manufacturing process. Once the product is manufactured and allocated to the couriers, you will again be contacted with your tracking details.
We use trusted third-party couriers for all our deliveries at Luxury Screens. The delivery estimates provided by the couriers are not guaranteed but can be used as a reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred with delayed orders.
Larger orders will be palletised to ensure safe delivery of your items. Pallet orders will be made to the kerbside only so it is important to have the necessary equipment to transport these goods into your home.
Returns
What if I change my mind?
Buying from Luxury Screens means you are purchasing an item handcrafted specifically for you (we don’t keep any products in stock). All our screens are made-to-order with love according to your requirements. We provide a selection of screen designs to select from for your ease of shopping with us. For the reasons outlined, we don’t accept returns on our screens unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.
We have a grace period of 24 hours from placing the order with us for any cancellations of changes.
What if my screens arrive damaged?
We go to great lengths to minimise the risk of damages during transit but they can happen. In the infrequent event of your goods arriving damaged please contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be unable to arrange replacements if we are not notified within 7 days.
If you notice damage during delivery of your item, please sign the item as “DAMAGED”.
What if I receive the wrong screen?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible with photos so we can arrange replacement for any incorrect deliveries. Please ensure all items are in the condition you received them so we can process this efficiently.
